Almost every call we get in Uxbridge is for one of five jobs. Each gets a price before anyone leaves for your house, and it stays put on the day unless you ask for more work.

Matching the job to your situation
If you are handing back keys, you want the end of tenancy clean. It is priced by bedrooms, and it is the only service on this list that an inventory clerk will check against a report written at the start of the tenancy. The oven is an add-on to it at £31.
A cleaner every week or two is the hourly service, at £23 or £24 for each cleaner. A home you are staying in that has got well behind, or that builders have just left, needs the deep clean at £186 and upwards. People mix those two up all the time. It helps to tell us what is happening at the house, and we will work out the service from that.
Carpets and ovens work either way. You can book them by themselves, and people often add them to a move-out, where the carpets are done at the end and the oven is priced on top.
Charges you will not see
There is no call-out fee and no travel charge anywhere we work. One-off jobs have a £67 minimum; it rarely matters, because nearly every job is above it, but one carpeted bedroom by itself would hit it. Hourly cleaning is exempt, though it is booked in visits of three hours or more. Saturdays cost the same as weekdays.

I am moving out. Which service is it?
End of tenancy. Prices run £156 to £425 depending on bedrooms, an oven is an extra £31, and it is our only service judged against an inventory report.
Are evenings or weekends more expensive?
No. Saturdays cost what weekdays cost. The phone is staffed 8am to 7pm, all seven days.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, £67 on one-off jobs, which most bookings are over anyway. Regular cleaning at £23 or £24 an hour for each cleaner sits outside it; there the only floor is a three hour visit.
