Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form or ring us we collect your name, phone number, the property postcode, and optionally your email address and any notes you give us about the job. Nothing more is collected.
Why we hold it
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.
Who sees it
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

What you can ask us to do
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 5828 and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
