We have been cleaning homes in Uxbridge for years. Move-out cleans are the largest part of the work, with regular housework next and a steady flow of carpet and oven jobs. We are a small firm that sticks to one town and does it properly, and we would much prefer that to being a franchise spread thinly across half of west London.
The same face each visit
We keep one cleaner on each house. Customers like it and so do we, because a cleaner who has done your kitchen before gets through it faster next time.
Our cleaners arrive with the machines and products. You do not need to buy anything, and nobody has to stay home if a key can be left. Most regulars are out at work while we are there.
Our pricing
End of tenancy cleans have a set price for each size of property, agreed at booking: £156 for a studio, rising by size to £425 for four bedrooms. The oven is an optional extra on top, at £31. Regular cleaning is paid by the hour for each cleaner, £23 weekly and £24 fortnightly. One-off jobs have a £67 minimum, and hourly work is exempt. There is no call-out fee, travel charge or weekend premium. The whole list is on our prices page, so you do not have to phone to find out.
Local quirks that shape the job
Uxbridge water comes out of the Colne valley chalk and it is hard, so limescale is part of every visit. Rentals follow Brunel’s year at one end of town and Heathrow shift patterns at the other, which makes June our busiest month. Most homes are 1920s and 1930s semis with a cramped kitchen added at the back, and those kitchens take an hour longer than anyone expects. The individual service pages go into that kind of detail.
If something goes wrong
